Birth Class

Our Birth Class is being offered at Sunshine Family Healthcare, or virtually on zoom!

Class Content:

  • Stay healthy while pregnant

  • Learn about labor and what you may experience

  • Cultivate healthy, flexible expectations for labor and delivery

  • Prepare yourself for life postpartum

  • Develop friendships with other expectant parents and enjoy the benefits of community around birth

 

Nuts and Bolts:

  • Cost is $250 due at time of registration. No partial registration.

  • Each registration includes 1 pregnant person and 1 support person

  • You’ll receive a workbook with class content, worksheets, and key resources

  • Class meets once a week for 6 weeks, each session is about 90 minutes

  • 5 in-person slots, also available via Zoom
